About Neo Love
Neo Love Church is dedicated to leading people back to their first love for Jesus Christ, fostering a spiritually vibrant family, and sharing God’s unconditional love with our local and online community. Neo Love Church exists to reflect God’s first love by restoring broken lives, serving the marginalized, and making disciples through practical love and biblical truth.
Viva, a Servant and Founder
About the Planter
Viva was baptized in a house church in China, where he first served through preaching, visitation, and leading Bible studies. After coming to the United States, he grew as a disciple at Saddleback Church, and in September 2022 he founded Neo Love Church with a few families gathered around God’s Word. Today he also serves in the U.S. Navy, volunteers in Navy chapel ministries, and is studying for a Master of Divinity. In 2026, his first mission trip to Rwanda deepened his heart for cross-cultural ministry and strengthened his resolve to give his life in service to Christ. Shaped by life in China, America, and the military, Viva loves bringing people of different backgrounds around one table. He enjoys cooking, singing, and road trips, and dreams of one day traveling across America with the church family, enjoying God’s creation together.

Walking alongside the sick, the grieving, and the hurting with prayer, presence, and practical help.
